III.Working principleand process detail:

 

1.Materialcome from belt conveyor and then into the storage, screw conveyorfeed material automaticllly to the pellet formingchamber

2.In the formingchamber , two gear and mold help to form and press pellet, Gearrotate to press pellet come out surround.

3.Automaticcutting machine arround the mold , which can cut pelletautomaticly, it can also adjust the length of pellet .

4.Duringthe process , the oil supply device can lubricate the gear andmold.
